The Blood Bank Association of New York State (BBANYS) is a non-profit, professional organization dedicated to uniting and educating all health care professionals in transfusion medicine, cellular therapy, and apheresis to ensure the highest standards of patient health and safety from donor to recipient. As a current, prospective, or previous member, you are invited to participate in a short survey. Your response will provide valuable insight on how we can improve our membership and member engagement.

We estimate that the survey will take less than five minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary. Your responses will remain confidential and will not be released with any information that would allow your responses to be identified.
