Physician/Doctorate

An M.D. or Ph.D. involved in any aspect of blood collection, transfusion medicine, cellular therapy, or a related endeavor may seek Physician/Doctorate membership.

Physician/Doctorate - Three Years	$220

Professional/Technical

A professional involved in any aspect of blood collection, transfusion medicine, cellular therapy, or a related endeavor and who does not fall under the Physician/Doctorate category may seek Professional/Technical membership.

Professional/Technical - One Year - Auto-Renewal	$50
Professional/Technical - Three Years	$125

Student

Students must be enrolled in a degree-granting program (either undergraduate or graduate) at an institution of higher learning and registered full-time according to the definition of his/her respective academic institution, and who is not employed full-time.  Students must provide proof such as a valid student identification card.

Institutional

Any institution, public or private, engaged in any aspect of blood collection, transfusion medicine, cellular therapy, or a related endeavor may seek Institutional membership.

Institutional - Three Years	$350

Affiliate/Vendor

Any organization, public or private, who is not engaged directly in blood collection, transfusion medicine, or cellular therapy but is a vendor, supplier, or supporter of the sector may seek Affiliate/Vendor membership.
