Nicole is a mentor to her coworkers, and she is always willing to assist others and answer questions. She trains all students and new employees in Transfusion Services. She is always looking for ways to improve processes and assists the supervisor with Master Log review and Quality Assurance reports. Nicole is very reliable, always reports to work on time, and picks up additional shifts when they are available. She always puts the care of the patient first and foremost, and she is a wonderful role model for all Medical Technologists.
