Recordings:

Conference session recordings will be available for purchase following the conference at $150 for General Members, $200 for Physicians (will qualify for CME), and $100 for Students. Conference registrants will be able to view recordings for the day(s) on which they registered, at no additional charge.

Abstract Submissions:

BBANYS invites physicians, scientists, and allied health professionals to submit abstracts for presentation at the Annual Meeting. Share your research with colleagues committed to advancing the field of blood banking and transfusion medicine, with focus on enhancing the safety, efficacy, and proper utilization of blood products and promoting scientific progress in the field. Transfusion medicine, cellular therapy, apheresis, and patient blood management, including research, clinical, educational, or administrative topics/projects are welcome. Investigators at all career stages are encouraged to submit abstracts.

Speakers selected to present will give an oral or poster presentation at the 2026 Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 25 in New York City. Prizes will be given to the top oral and top poster presentations. Abstracts must be received before the May 29, 2026 deadline.

Award Nominations:

We are now accepting nominations for the Barb Gonnella Fostering Future Leaders Award and the Outstanding Service Award. Nominees must be BBANYS members in good standing. Learn more about both awards, and submit your nominations online by May 29, 2026.
